- why worrying about other drivers thoughts and actions causes anxiety
- ideas and suggestions to help
- and sharing thoughts, ideas and experience among the group

How to use simple techniques during lessons with all students
The live session will be recorded so you can catch up if you can't make the date and time (or want to recap later)
