FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When can I sign up?
We are launching officially on Monday 9th December. However we are running an early bird launch on Sunday 8th December to those who register their interest in advance. Those on the early bird list will get a discounted price and the first person to sign up will get their first years membership for free.
I already offer my students access to the Nervous Drivers Calming Kit - do I have to pay more for the Academy membership?
We will email all subscribers to the Nervous Drivers Calming Kit letting them know how they can upgrade to the Academy membership. You can continue with your current plan, or you can pay the difference between your current subscription and the membership subscription. Register your details in advance and the upgrade cost will include the early bird discount.
I can't make the live dates and times for training or Q&A sessions, can I catch up?
Yes, we record all the live modules so they are available for catch up, and we don't mind if you are running late and join part way through a session, we completely understand how it is to juggle work, life and courses!
I don't want to commit to a monthly membership - can I attend individual training sessions without the other benefits?
Yes, you can sign up and pay for the individual training sessions you want to attend. Prices will be included in the details for each session, select the payment option that suits you best - monthly subscription or single payment.
Will there be role-play or break-out rooms?
We avoid role-play and break-out rooms, so please don't let these be an obstacle to working with us! We invite questions and conversations in the live sessions from those who want to. If you prefer to watch and observe quietly, that is absolutely fine. We get it and don't mind if you turn your camera off while watching. (It might not look like it, but we are both introverts to different degrees)
What if I want to learn more?
If you enjoy the training sessions in the membership and you want to take your learning and development further we recommend our six week Drive Calm course or our Drive with Confidence Professional Diploma. You can find out more details about these in the All Courses section.
