Please note this workshop does NOT cover the basics of neurodiversity; it is aimed at those who have previously attended our Neurodiversity Awareness webinar (included for Academy members) or similar training with Disability Driving Instructors or Dr Julia Malkin.
This live workshop will look at:
- common links between neurodiversity conditions and anxiety,
- practical exercises as an example,
- ways to adapt lessons to reduce anxiety triggers
- and sharing thoughts and ideas among the group for ways to work differently to help
Imagine how it would feel to understand what is likely to trigger a student's anxiety and know the signs to look out for so you can adapt to your student's needs to help keep them feeling calmer and ready to learn.
*There is no role-play, and there are no break-out rooms*

Better understanding so you can adapt lessons to suit your student's needs
The live session will be recorded so you can catch up if you can't make the date and time (or want to recap later)
